Today is a rest day for the Tour riders; no action to report. Tomorrow's Stage Ten starts at Limoges.
Be sure to watch for a crazy Frenchman ("crazy Frenchman" is redundant I am afraid) perhaps carrying the white and blue BH flag!
If you want to know why cyclists are willing to put themselves in so much pain, "just" to climb to the top of a mountain, then look at this.

you are right deb yesterday was a day without bike or without stage ! I saw some riders and especially bikers of ag2r team, and nocentini who weras the yellow shirt !
it was nice and i also see bikers of liquigas and euskatel ! it was nice and their bikes are also very nice too ! wow ! and I went to the hotel who astana was and team columbia and cervelo too but didn't see any riders ! but it was good ! oh ! cervelo is a very good brand and bikes are very nice and full of technology !
today is the stage from limoges to issoudun ! interesting
